Refund policy
We have a 24 hours Size Exchange policy, which means you can request a change of size within 24 hours of the shipping time if the requested size is in stock. We advise you to pick up your order as soon as it arrives & verify the size immediately. All shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. This applies to online out-district purchases only. Does not apply to in-store purchases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If there are any stains or damage to the item, the exchange will not be granted.
To start the size exchange, you can contact us directly on Instagram or WhatsApp. Please note that returns will need to be shipped back to San Pedro.
If your size exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Issues
All items are inspected thoroughly and ensured spotless at inventory inspection and at the packing stage. Please inspect your order upon reception if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES (All sales are final).
Due to the limitations of our inventory, we will not grant the exchange of items for another. Kindly ensure the item being purchased is correct.
Cancellation Period
If your package hasn't been shipped out/ picked up, you have the right to cancel within 3 hours of purchasing for any reason and without a justification. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of payment. Once the cancellation period passes or the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Refund Process
you’ll be automatically refunded your payment minus any transaction charges within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
